Brendan Singleton is a Managing Director in Healthcare Equity Capital Markets for BofA Securities, based in New York. In this capacity, he is responsible for advising the firm’s corporate, sponsor and venture capital clients across all of their equity capital needs, inclusive of private or public capital raises.

Before joining the Equity Capital Markets team, Brendan was a member of BofA Securities institutional sales team where he specialized in coverage of healthcare dedicated investors.

Brendan graduated from Skidmore College with a degree in business and economics.
