Harnessing the power of innovation and technology can create transformative changes in the landscape of community health. It can make all the difference in shortening the gap between breakthrough and implementation. This year, The Kraft Center for Community Health at Mass General Brigham (MGB) launched its inaugural Kraft Prize for Excellence and Innovation in Community Health to recognize a program that is making a measurable impact on health outcomes and has the potential to become a scalable model for addressing community health. The panel will share their perspectives on how tools like AI can play a critical role in improving community health systems.
