Sailu Challapalli brings over two decades of experience in healthcare data, technology, consulting, and working with health systems. She is currently the SVP, Product for Life Sciences, Ecosystem & Public Sector at Datavant, where she leads Product & Design for Datavant’s Linkage, Retrievals, and Privacy Solutions. Before Datavant, Sailu was SVP, Product at Mendel.ai , where she helped to build a comprehensive AI platform that processes unstructured clinical data at scale to support clinical and research use cases. Sailu was also the VP, Product at Flatiron Health, where she scaled its custom real-world evidence data and analytics product line. She has held key roles at Kyruus, McKinsey & Company’s Healthcare Systems & Services practice, and Columbia University Medical Center, all focused on leveraging healthcare technologies and data to improve patient access and quality of care. Sailu holds a BS and M.Eng. from MIT and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
