Tanya Andreadis

Tanya Andreadis is the Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing, Communications, and Digital Officer at the University of Miami. In this enterprise-wide leadership role, she is responsible for shaping and elevating the University’s brand and reputation across healthcare, education, and research. Tanya leads efforts to unify and amplify the institution’s message, ensuring that students, patients, faculty, staff, and the broader community understand and experience the unique value and mission of the U.

Previously, Tanya served as Vice President for Patient Engagement and Chief Marketing Officer at Penn Medicine, one of the nation’s top academic medical centers. There, she led a broad portfolio spanning brand strategy, digital engagement, CRM, physician outreach, call center operations, and customer analytics. She also spearheaded the integration of marketing functions across regional entities and implemented agile planning to drive measurable growth and impact.

Earlier in her career, Tanya was Chief Marketing Officer at UCLA Health, where she was credited with launching global branding efforts, award-winning influencer campaigns, and advancing financial and marketing attribution models. Across institutions, she has been a driving force in positioning complex academic systems as leaders in innovation, digital transformation, and data-driven marketing.
