Timothy Ng is the Head of China Healthcare Investment Banking at Bank of America where he leads China healthcare coverage and transactions.

Previously, Timothy was the Vice President of HUTCHMED, a global, commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company. Responsible for corporate finance and development, he worked closely with the company’s CEO and senior leadership team on significant capital market transactions, financing strategy, investments and M&A, investor and public relations, financial planning and sustainability initiatives, and R&D and commercialization activities. Before joining HUTCHMED, Timothy worked on the Asia Healthcare Investment Banking team at Goldman Sachs. Timothy holds a Master of Public Health degree from the Faculty of Medicine and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in international business and global management from the University of Hong Kong.
